Main advantages:

● A combined screen side air chamber jigger is connected by a jigger body and a bucket elevator body to complete the washing and transportation tasks together.

● An air valve system is installed on the upper part, which can control the rhythmic up and down pulsation of the water medium in the machine, so that the washed raw coal can be separated according to the specific gravity.

● The jigger is small in size, low in cost, easy to install and operate, and has a high clean coal recovery rate and low ash content. It is suitable for use in small and medium-sized coal washing plants.

● However, it still has the disadvantage of uneven water flow. Compared with the new composite steady-flow CNC jigger, its washing capacity is lower and its washing accuracy is not as high as that of the new composite steady-flow CNC jigger.
