The double-toothed roller crusher is suitable for medium and coarse crushing of medium-hard and soft materials with compressive strength less than 240Mpa and humidity less than 35%, such as coal, coke, petroleum coke, quicklime, silica, carbon, glass tube, asphalt, chemical raw materials, etc. or solid materials with equivalent hardness. This machine has the characteristics of extremely low maintenance cost, reliable performance, less dust and low noise.

The double-toothed roller crusher is equipped with two rollers, and the roller surface is divided into wolf teeth, ring teeth, straight teeth, large plate teeth, etc. It is suitable for medium or coarse crushing of feed particle size less than 1000mm and finished product particle size requirement of 10-200mm, requiring less powder and more particles.

The double-toothed roller crusher uses two wear-resistant alloy toothed rollers to generate high extrusion pressure to crush materials. After the materials enter the gap between the two toothed rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), they are subjected to the extrusion and shearing force of the relative rotation of the two toothed rollers. Under the conditions of squeezing, shearing and grinding, the materials are crushed into the required particle size and then sent out by the conveying equipment.
